RIPP - This is a 60-minute workout that will challenge all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercise like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

FIT KIDS: A fun-filled 45-minute fitness class for kids ages 9-12.

HIGH INTENSITY WORKOUT - 30 minute workout similar to T-25 and Insanity.

KARATE: This class is open to students ages 7 and up. It is under the direction of Master Johnny Kelly who has 26 years experience in Karate.

SILVERSNEAKERSâCLASSIC:  Have Fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

SILVERSNEAKERSâ Yoga Stretch:  This class will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

TAI CHI: Tai Ji was originally created as a martial art. It utilizes the ancient philosophy of Yin-Yang and is one of the most respected practices for exercise, meditation and martial arts in the world.

TRX®:  (Total Body Resistance Exercise) TRX delivers a total-body, 40 minute workout using your body weight, gravity and integrated movements for improved strength, mobility, and endurance.

YOGA:  This class is an hour of stretch, strength and relaxation exercises.

HIIT YOGA: Unlike yoga, HIIT is known for its high-energy approach.  The workout typically combines short intervals of fast-paced activity followed by periods of active recoverywith lengthening, relaxing cool-down-style moves.

FIT KIDS: For boys and girls age 6-13 meets on Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30 to 5:15.  Activities and exercises led by Laura Martin.  Come join in the fun.  Cost is free for members or $15 a month for non-members.  Sign up at the front desk.

TEEN FITNESS PROGRAM:  Boy and girl members age 13 and 14, who are interested in working out in the weight room, can go through a Weight Room Orientation class.  This class will teach them how to conduct themselves in the weight room and how to use the machines.  Once they have gone through the orientation they will get a bracelet that they must wear when working out.  They would be allowed to come with an adult member to the weight room.  There is no cost for the class, but the student’s membership rate will  change from youth rate of $17.00 a month to student rate of $26.00 a month.  If you are interested in a class, please sign up at the front desk and you will be contacted about a time for your class.

WEIGHT ROOM ORIENTATION:  Interested in learning how to use the fitness and strength equipment?  Contact Renee Wyman to schedule a 30 minute orientation to our Fitness Room.

PERSONAL TRAINING:  Personal Training sessions are available in 3 packages; 2 sessions for $50 member / $75 non-mem, 4 sessions for $85 mem / $135 non-mem, and 8 sessions for $150 mem / $225 non-mem.  All packages include an initial Fitness Assessment.  Contact Clay Ward to set up an appointment.

FITNESS ASSESSMENT:  Individual Fitness Assessments are available for $25 for members or $30 for non-members. Contact Renee Wyman to set up an appointment.

AEROBICSMonthly schedule available at front desk or on the new Clinton YMCA App.  Aerobics classes free for members.  Cost:  $30 monthly for non-members.
