Classes are limited to 15 participants per class until further notice.  Please call the front desk 833-1555 to make reservations.  Masks are not required while exercising.

Class Descriptions

RIP: This is a 60-minute workout that will challenge all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercise like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for- and fast!

FIT KIDS: A fun-filled 45-minute fitness class for kids ages 7-12.

HIGH INTENSITY WORKOUT – 30 minute workout similar to T-25 and Insanity

KARATE: This class is open to students ages 7 and up. It is under the direction of Master Johnny Kelly who has 26 years of experience in Karate.

SILVERSNEAKERS® Classic: Have Fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is usec for seated/or standing support.

SILVERSNEAKERS® Yoga Stretch: This class will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

TAI CHI: Tai Ji was originally created as a martial art. It utilizes the ancient philosophy of Yin-Yang and is one of the most respected practices for exercise, meditation and martial arts in the world.

TRX® and Strength: (Total Body Resistance Exercise) TRX delivers a total-body, 50 minute workout using your body weight, gravity and integrated movements for improved strength, mobility, and endurance.

YOGA: This class is an hour of stretch, strength and relaxation exercises. Advanced Yoga is a more challenging form of yoga with balance moves

YOGA HIIT: Yoga that incorporate high-intensity interval training into every session. Get ready to sweat and stretch.

ZUMBA: The new fitness craze that fuses Latin-based rhythms with motivating music, unique moves, and challenging combinations. Bring your energy and dance away your worries.
